Individulized Therapy
Sessions are tailored to help you understand patterns, clarify your goals, and support practical change.
You may be dealing with something that feels repetitive, frustrating, or difficult to control—despite insight, effort, or past attempts at change. At a certain point, understanding the problem isn't enough. What's needed is a different way of working with it.
Specialized treatment for individuals struggling with persistent thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and relationship patterns that feel hard to change.
Including compulsive sexual behavior—patterns that feel difficult to control despite repeated efforts to stop.
Learn more →Constant worry, panic, OCD, or a mind that feels like it is working against you.
Learn more →Persistent reactivity, disconnection, or difficulty feeling safe or grounded in everyday life.
Learn more →Avoidance, disconnection, low motivation, and the slow loss of meaning that comes with depression.
Learn more →My work is grounded in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance-based approaches. This is not passive or purely insight-driven therapy. It is structured, intentional, and focused on helping people work directly with thoughts, urges, emotional reactions, and patterns of avoidance.
Insight matters—but lasting change comes from what you do differently.
Together, we will:
At the center of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens most effectively within a space that is supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental. I aim to bring compassion, empathy, curiosity, and directness into the therapeutic relationship while helping individuals develop greater self-compassion, self-understanding, and accountability.
Accountability does not require shame or harshness.
In therapy, we work toward developing the ability to look clearly at patterns, behaviors, and consequences with honesty and responsibility—while also maintaining compassion for the parts of ourselves that have struggled, adapted, or learned to survive in difficult circumstances.
I take a whole-person approach to healing that recognizes the connection between mind, body, relationships, culture, and meaning. Therapy is not simply about symptom reduction—it is about creating the conditions for meaningful and sustainable change.
Clear, active therapy focused on patterns and behavior—not vague conversation alone.
Many struggles are shaped not only by what you think or feel, but by how you relate to those experiences.
Supportive, honest therapy that encourages self-understanding and accountability without judgment or harshness.
The goal is not just to feel better. The goal is to function differently in your life.
